Tunisia's Hela Behaj Mohamed won the Coastal Under 19 Women's Solo A final at the 2023 World Rowing Beach Sprint in Barletta, Italy, after beating American Annelise Hahl at the final Saturday. Belhaj's, who claimed her third consecutive World Champion title in the CJW1x, becomes the most decorated Beach Sprint rower of all time. She took the title in 03:01.31.
