The Tunindex index closed the month of October 2023 at 8,395.28 points, recording a slight drop of 0.75% after a decline of 5.38% in September, according to the monthly analysis published by the Tunis Stock market broker, Tunisie Valeurs. Since early 2023, its cumulative gains have been reduced to 3.52% compared to a gain of 16.70% during the same period of 2022. For the trading volume on the Stock Exchange List, the Tunidex index reached 75.1 MD, a drop of 21.7% compared to the previous month. According to the report, the average daily trading volume stood at 3.4 MD against 4.8 MD, during September, and at 7.5 MD during 2023. The balance of variations in the prices of listed securities leans towards the downward side, with 26 values increasing and 48 values decreasing. //Tunindex20:Fall of 0.61% in October 2023// The Tunindex20 recorded, in October 2023, a decline of 0.61% after a drop of 6.47% during the previous month, and thus closing at 3,674.37 points. Since the start of 2023, the Tunindex20 has increased 2.29% compared to an increase of 20.35% during the same period of 2022.
