Tunindex closes Monday’s session down 0.5%

The bleeding of the Tunindex continues as the benchmark index closed Monday's session down 0.5% at 8,515.2 points with modest liquidity of TND 1.7 million, according to the analysis of broker Tunisie Valeurs. SERVICOM led the way with no transactions, rising 4.8% to TND 0.220. SOTRAPIL was also in positive territory, gaining 0.9% to close at TND 15.140. The stock of the hydrocarbon pipeline transporter accumulated trades worth TND 57,000 during the session. MPBS shares, on the other hand, had a rough start to the week. Traded at only one thousand dinars, the share of the timber specialist fell by 4.9% to TND 4.850. Since the beginning of the year, MPBS has had a challenging stock performance, losing -9.5%. OfficePlast was one of the biggest losers of the session. Shares in the office and school supplies specialist fell by 3.9% to TND 0.990. The stock generated a limited volume of TND 4,000 during the session. Wifack International Bank was the most dynamic stock of the session.
