President Kais Saied decided on Monday to dismiss Education Minister Mohamed Ali Boughdiri and appoint Salwa Abbassi as his successor, according to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic. Mohamed Ali Boughdiri was appointed Minister of Education, replacing former Education Minister Fathi Slaouti, following a partial cabinet reshuffle by President Kais Said on January 29, 2023.
