President Kais Saied will travel to Paris on Wednesday at the invitation of his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, to participate in the "Paris Summit for a New Global Financing Pact", which will be held on 22 and 23 June. At the initiative of the French President, France will host more than 300 heads of state and government, international organisations and representatives of the private sector and civil society. The aim of this meeting is to lay the foundations for a new financial system capable of meeting the new challenges of the 21st century, such as the fight against inequality, climate change and the protection of biodiversity.
