PM Abiy Arrives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Participate in 1st Saudi-Africa Summit

Addis Ababa, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and his delegation arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to participate in the first Saudi-Africa Summit.

Other African leaders have also been arriving in the Kingdom for the Saudi-Africa summit which starts on Friday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Discussions at the first Saudi-Africa Summit will revolve around supporting joint action, enhancing political coordination, and addressing regional security threats.

It is also expected to facilitate economic transformation through research and the local development of new energy solutions, all while bolstering cross-sectoral investment cooperation.
