Olive oil export revenues grow 54% at end of August

Olive oil export receipts from the start of the harvest season until the end of August grew 54.1% to nearly TND 3 billion, the National Observatory of Agriculture (French: ONAGRI) said in a note on " the Figures of the Months" released Monday. The export volume dropped 2.3% in comparison with the same period in the 2021/2022 season to 175. 7 tonnes. Onagri said the average price in the first ten months of the year edged up 57.7% to 16.92 DT/kg against 10.73 DT/kg in the same period in the previous olive oil season.
