Saturday, September 16, 2023, corresponds to the first day of the month of Rabii al-Awal in the year 1445 of the Hijri calendar, the Mufti of the Republic Sheikh Hichem Ben Mahmoud has announced.
The Mawlid, Prophet Muhammad's Birthday, which falls on Rabii Al-Awal 12, will be observed this year on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, the Mufti said in a press release Friday.
