2,959 candidacies for the forthcoming local elections had been filed till October 27, the Independent Higher Authority for the Elections (ISIE) announced on Saturday. The candidates include 361 people with disabilities, ISIE data show. The highest number of candidacies was logged in Sidi Bouzid (218), while only 39 candidacies were filed in Kebili. More
