Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, met Wednesday with new French ambassador to Tunisia, Anne Gueguen, who presented him with a copy of her credentials. Nabil Ammar welcomed the new ambassador and wished her success in her duties, according to a statement issued by the ministry. He stressed the ministry's readiness to provide the necessary facilities for the success of her mission. The foreign minister praised the "longstanding friendly relations between Tunisia and France" and expressed his willingness to develop them further. For her part, the French diplomat expressed her country's desire to strengthen bilateral cooperation in all fields.
