Five dangerous prisoners escape from Mornaguia civil prison (Interior)

Five prisoners classified as dangerous escaped from the Mornaguia civil prison early on Tuesday, the interior ministry said in a press release. All security units have been mobilised and searches have been intensified to locate the fugitives and arrest them quickly, the same source added. Some of the five escapees from Mornaguia prison are linked to the assassinations of Mohamed Brahmi and Chokri Belaïd. The Ministry of the Interior has published the names of the five escapees. They are: Nader Ben Hassan Ben Mohamed Ghanmi, born on July 17, 1988, resident of Cité Nouvelle in Menzel Bourguiba (Bizerte) Ameur Ben Hachemi Ben Habib Belaazi, born June 18, 1990, resident in Ezzahra (Ben Arous) Ahmed Ben Mohamed Ben Taïeb Melki, born August 13, 1979, resident of Cité El Ghazela (Ariana) Raed Ben Ezzeddine Ben Lazaar Touati, born September 1, 1994, resident in "El Ferdaws" town in Jendouba Alaaeddine Ben Abderrazak Ben Youssef Ghazouani, born July 23, 1987, resident of "El Hadaek" town in Jendouba. In order to prevent possible acts of terrorism, the Ministry of the Interior urges citizens to report any suspicious behaviour or sightings to the police or by calling the following numbers: 71.335.000 193 (National Guard) 197 (Police) Or contact the nearest security or military unit.
