World's 5th Tunisian tennis player Ons Jabeur qualified for the Round of 16 of the Cincinnati Masters 2023, after defeating Ukrainian Anhelnia Kalinina (world's 28th) 2-1 (6-3, 6-7, 7-6) at a Round of 32 game played on Tuesday evening. Ons Jabeur, who is seeking her second Masters title after winning in Madrid last year, will meet Belarusian Victoria Azarenka, world's 18th, who defeated Czech Barbora Krejcikova (11th) 2-0 (6-3, 7-5).
